The accommodation comprises a living room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and hallway.
The living room is comfortably furnished and includes a double bed settee, TV with Freesat, DVD player and stereo radio with integrated CD player. A selection of books, games CDs and DVDs is provided.
The kitchen is extremely large with a dining area. It has a microwave and built-in dishwasher and washing machine/tumble dryer, freezer fridge and electric hob and oven.
The bedroom has a double bed and good built-in storage area. The bathroom includes a heated towel rail and a bath with integrated electric shower facility.
Heating throughout is by electrical off peak and on demand radiators. Runing costs are included in the rental price.
